History

Several years ago, the Rockets introduced the relatively new concept of FUNSKILLS for the 5 and 6 year old age group. The name speaks for itself because Funskills is all about having FUN with a capital F, whilst learning the basic skills of the game.

This year (2011) the Funskills program will be organised by Ned (Dutch Touch) who has already been running our very successful In-House program (7-8 year olds) for the last two years.

We invite you to visit our future junior ROCKETS soccer stars at our home ground at Eric Mobbs Reserve (off Ferguson Ave, Castle Hill), every Saturday morning throughout the season. Parent participation is definitely encouraged!

Please contact the Funskills Coordinator for more information - or just download a registration form to join (spaces are limited so early registration is recommended). Shirts will be provided and shorts are available for purchase from the canteen, just bring boots & shin guards.
